Mistica arises from the desire to go in depth. From the desire to indulge in intimacy. It embraces ocher-colored skins for about two weeks, harvested in October in the middle of autumn. It ferments patiently and then rests in a single oak barrel until the following summer. Magnetic, introspective, primitive. To be uncorked in those evenings where friends talk about life, in rituals to celebrate passages and in all those moments when one wonders what we are.
