No pretension, lots of freshness. Bubble that breaks the ice. Cuveè of garganega made from two different harvests and vinifications. The first grape is harvested fresh in mid-September and macerates 3 days on the skins, the second beautifully ripe in early October macerates two weeks and matures in oak barrels for 6 months. Before Easter they are blended for refermentation with must. To discover indomiti wines, you have to start somewhere. Opplà is the perfect springboard for the start of this journey
